Blood Test

Pollachi Diagnostic Laboratory is known for its accurate and timely test results. All our lab tests are done by automated machines that are of top quality. Once a patient books a test, he/she will undergo the test in a fast pace and will receive their test results within an hour. We offer a 24×7 hours of services a week to hundreds of patients through direct and home collection test services.

  • Complete Blood Count – This test is performed to measure the types and numbers of cells present in the blood.
  • Lipid Panel – This test is performed to measure the cardiac risk and functions.
  • Basic Metabolic Panel – This test is performed to measure the electrolyte, fluid balance and sugar level of the blood.
  • Hemoglobin A1C – This test is performed to measure, monitor and diagnose diabetes.
  • Prothrombin Time – This test is performed to measure the time it takes for the blood to clot.
  • Urinalysis – This is often the first test performed to check the preliminary signs of a disease.
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel – This test is a combination of six or more tests, performed to examine the metabolic functions of the organ system.
  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone – This test is performed to monitor the functions of thyroid.
  • Liver Panel – This test is a combination of tests performed to monitor liver function and screen liver tumors in its early stage.

We use advanced machines that will provide accurate test results. So, no need to worry about the test result being a false one. Below is the list of few machines we use:

  • Lablyte Electrolyte Analyzer – It is a LABNOVA product that is a reliable and user friendly electrolyte analyzer, which measures the electrolytes in human body. It is also commonly used measure the quantity of potassium, chloride and sodium in blood, serum and plasma.
  • ECL 105 (Single Channel Coagulation Analyzer) -This is a TRANSASIA product that is used to perform tests likePT, APTT, FBG, Factor Assays, LA, PS and D Dimer. In short it is a modern and advanced analyzer in Hemostasis that is mainly used for clotting and immunogenic assays.
  • ELAN 30s – This is a compact bench top – open system with wide test menu for ELISA. In other words, it is a fully automated microstrip ELISA processor used to test hormones, autoimmune disease, hepatic markers, infectious disease, syphilis ELISA, cancer markers and fertility.
  • EM 200 – This is a fully automated random access clinical chemistry analyzer that is used for extensive tests like all routine clinical chemistry profiles such as LFT, KFT, Lipids and Diabetic. It is also used to measure specialized chemistries like HbA1c, ADA, Apo (A), and immunoturbidimetric Assays like ASO, RF, CRP etc.

Blood Bank Services

Pollachi Diagnostics Laboratory provides blood banking services, where we make sure the donated blood and related products are kept safe for medical procedures and blood transfusions. We follow all the must pass criteria with our donors before collecting blood. The mentioned criteria are:

  • Donor must be in good health.
  • Donor must weigh 110 pounds and above.
  • Donor must be at the age of 16 or above as stated by law.
  • Donor must pass the physical and health history exam before donation.
  • Donor must not have consumed alcohol in the past 24 hours.
  • Donor must not have sustained any health related activities like piercing and tattoo in the last 6 months of the donation.
  • Donor must have at least a 3 months of interval period before donating his/her blood again.

We collect all blood types in accordance to its procedure and secure it safely for future medical procedures and blood transfusions. We ensure donor’s and receiver’s safety at all cost. And our blood bank is open at all times of a day. We make sure to send the required blood packs punctually to the needed healthcare centers.

Online Services

Pollachi Diagnostics Laboratory provides an excellent online service by sending your test results via Email and other possible mobile applications. Your test results reach you within half an hour or an hour at maximum.

We don’t offer different kind of deliveries like normal and express because all our results reach our customers at the same speed. Your test results are confidentially kept, neatly packed and safely delivered at your doorsteps.

Our way of online services is that everyone who have registered or have been our customer will receive a welcome message either via your registered mail id or to your mobile number or to your WhatsApp account.

This welcome message has a link through which you can log into your customer login using your mobile number. Upon entering your number you will receive an OTP that is to be entered for you to login your account.

Once you login, you will see an option “Get your report”. By clicking “Get your report” each customer will be able to look in their whole medical and test results of theirs. You can access your whole report just by few clicks. We provide this particular service that is not possible in many well-known and advanced healthcare centers and laboratories.

Home Collection Services

As the leading and advanced diagnostics laboratory in India, we offer In-home test services. A group of professionals with required equipments are sent to our patient’s household to collect test samples and examination reports, on our patient’s request.

This service of ours saves you the time, effort, risks and many more worries of yours. After collecting the needed samples, our members work effectively and efficiently to ensure that you receive your test results as immediately as possible.

Home collection services helps our patients feel themselves as our customer and not a patient. In-home test services keeps our customers calm and at ease without any worry of pandemic, unhygienic environment, crowd and more. All our equipments are thoroughly sanitized and sterilized before bringing it into a patient’s home, and the same is followed after the completion of each patient’s test. We assure and prioritize our customers of their test results and satisfaction respectively.
